About the Classes

Gloves and consumables will be provided. 

 

What you need to bring to class

• Welding helmet. We recommend a full view helmet with auto darkening. 

• Safety glasses (reading glasses are ok)

• Wear a long-sleeve button up cotton shirt or welding jacket

• You can bring a notebook to take notes if needed.

 

Course Hours

Most courses include 4 hours instruction time split into two sessions. These two sessions will generally occur in the evening during the work week and will be limited to small groups. The specific type of class offered will be determined based on the demand and interests of potential participants.

 

17 and Under

• Children 17 and under must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. After meeting with the Instructors and signing the release form, the parent or guardian is not required to remain on-site.

• Students 17 and under will receive a discounted course rate. This rate will be determined at the time of enrollment.

 

Location

Courses will be held at Medina County Welding on Marks Road in Brunswick Hills between Grafton Road and Boston Road. Shop location will be provided after enrollment.
